ιʹ. ἐπελθούσης αὐτῷ ἀνάγκης, μὴ ἔχει τινὰ παῤῥησίαν ἔναντι αὐτοῦ; Vat. 792, 2. Ὃ λέγει τοιοῦτόν ἐστιν· Ὅτι, φησὶν, ὁ ἀδικῶν οὐκ ἔχει παῤῥησίαν, οὐδὲ φθέγξασθαι, οὐδὲ εἰπεῖν ταῦτα ἅπερ ἐγὼ νῦν, ἀλλ’ ἀφῄρηται καὶ ἐπεστόμισται· ἐγὼ δὲ τοῦτο οὐκ ἔπαθον, ἀλλὰ λέγω καὶ ἀντιλέγω. Οἱ δὲ ἄδικοι οὐχ οὕτως.
