64 μ΄. Εσιω δὲ ἀμβλεῖα ἡ γωνία καὶ τῇ ΓΒ πρὸς ὀρθὰς ἡ Β∠, καὶ τῆς μὲν ὑπὸ ∠ΒΓ τρίτον ἀπειλήφθω μέρος ἡ ὑπὸ ∠ΒΖ, τῆς δὲ ὑπὸ ΑΒ∠ ὀξείας γωνίας τρίτον ἡ ὑπὸ ΕΒ∠ (ταῦτα γὰρ ἡμῖν προδέδεικται)· καὶ ὅλης ἄρα τῆς ὑπὸ ΑΒΓ γωνίας τρίτον μέρος ἐστὶν ἡ ὑπὸ ΕΒΖ. ἐὰν δὲ τῇ ὑπὸ ΕΒΖ ἴσην συστησόμεθα προς ἑκατέραν τῶν ΑΒΓ, τρίχα τεμοῦμεν τὴν δοθεῖσαν γωνίαν.
