Φερεκύδης, καθάπερ προείρηται, τὰς Ὑάδας Δωδωνίδας Νύμφας φησὶν εἶναι, καὶ Διονύσου τροφούς. Ἃς παρακαταθέσθαι τὸν Διόνυσον τῇ Ἰνοῖ διὰ τὸν τῆς Ἥρας φόβον. Καθ ̓ ὃν καιρὸν καὶ αὐτὰς Λυκοῦργος ἐδίωξε.
