μεταπεμψάμενος δὲ τὴν ἄνθρωπον καὶ θεασάμενος ἐκπρεπεστάτην ὄψιν, βραχὺ φροντίσας αἰδοῦς καὶ νόμων τῶν ἐπὶ τιμῇ ξένων ὁρισθέντων, ἐνδοὺς ἀκρασίᾳ διενοεῖτο λόγῳ μὲν αὐτὴν ἀγαγέσθαι πρὸς γάμον, τὸ δ’ ἀληθὲς αἰσχύνειν.
