σκόπει δ’ ὧδε· ὑποκείσθω τὸ μὲν ὡσανεὶ Δίων ὁ κόσμος — τέλειος γάρ —, τὸ δὲ ὡσανεὶ Θέων ἡ τοῦ κόσμου ψυχή, διότι τοῦ ὅλου τὸ μέρος ἔλαττον, καὶ ἀφαιρείσθω, ὥσπερ ἀπὸ τοῦ Δίωνος ὁ πούς, οὕτως καὶ ἀπὸ τοῦ κόσμου ὅσον αὐτοῦ σωματοειδές.
