καὶ σὺ τοίνυν, ὦ οὗτος, μηδέποτ’ εἰς κακῶν παρέλθῃς ἅμιλλαν μηδὲ περὶ πρωτείων τῶν ἐν τούτοις διαγωνίσῃ, ἀλλὰ μάλιστα μέν, ἐὰν οἷόν τε ᾖ, σπούδασον ἀποδρᾶναι· ἐὰν δέ που πρὸς ἐρρωμενεστέρας δυνάμεως βιασθεὶς ἀναγκασθῇς διαγωνίσασθαι, μὴ μελλήσῃς ἡττᾶσθαι·
