ὁ δ’ ὑπ’ αὐθαδείας ἐξενεχθείς, τὰ παλαίσματα τῶν ἀντιπάλων οὐκ εἰδώς, πρὶν δρᾶσαι, παθεῖν φθήσεται καὶ τὸν ἐπιστήμης θάνατον ἐνδέξεται, ὅς ἐστιν ἀργαλεώτερος τοῦ ψυχὴν καὶ σῶμα διακρίνοντος.
