ἀλλ’ οὐκ ἄξιον εὔχεσθαι μὴ χωρὶς ἐπιστάτου καὶ ἡγεμόνος ἐαθῆναι τὸ συγγενὲς καὶ συμφυὲς ἡμῶν ἑκάστῳ ποίμνιον, ὡς μὴ τῆς φαυλοτάτης τῶν κακοπολιτειῶν ὀχλοκρατίας, ἣ παράκομμα τῆς ἀρίστης δημοκρατίας ἐστίν, ἀναπλησθέντες θορύβοις καὶ ταραχαῖς καὶ ἐμφυλίοις στάσεσιν ἀεὶ χρώμενοι διατελῶμεν;
