τὸ δὲ Αἰγυπτιακὸν ἐκ φύσεως καὶ διαφερόντως ἐστὶν ὑπέραυχον, ὁπότε μικρά τις αὐτὸ μόνον αὔρα καταπνεύσειεν εὐπραγίας, ὡς χλεύην καὶ πλατὺν γέλωτα ἡγεῖσθαι τὰς τῶν δημοτικωτέρων ἀνθρώπων περὶ βίον σπουδάς τε καὶ φιλοτιμίας.
