τρίτον δ’ ἐστὶ τῆς δευτέρας πεντάδος παράγγελμα μὴ κλέπτειν. ὁ γὰρ τοῖς ἀλλοτρίοις ἐπικεχηνὼς κοινὸς πόλεως ἐχθρός, βουλήσει μὲν τὰ πάντων δυνάμει δὲ τά τινων ὑφαιρούμενος, τῷ τὴν μὲν πλεονεξίαν ἐπὶ μήκιστον ἐκτείνεσθαι, τὸ δ’ ἀσθενὲς ὑστερίζον εἰς βραχὺ στέλλεσθαι καὶ μόνον φθάνειν ἐπ’ ὀλίγους.
