τῷ δὲ τρίτῳ ὑποστέλλει τά τε ἀνώμοτα πάντα καὶ ἐφ’ οἷς ὀμνύναι δεῖ καὶ ὁπότε καὶ ὅπου χρὴ καὶ τίνα καὶ πῶς ἔχοντα κατά τε ψυχὴν καὶ σῶμα καὶ ὅσα ἐπ’ εὐόρκοις καὶ τοὐναντίον ἐχρήσθη.
