ἤδη γὰρ ὅ γε ὀμνὺς εἰς ἀπιστίαν ὑπονοεῖται. μελλητὴς οὖν ἔστω καὶ βραδύς, εἴ πως ἐνδέχοιτο ταῖς ὑπερθέσεσιν ἀπώσασθαι τὸν ὅρκον· εἰ δέ τις ἀνάγκη βιάζοιτο, περισκεπτέον οὐ παρέργως ἕκαστα τῶν ἐμφερομένων·
