ἀλλ’ οὐ ζωὴ μέν ἐστιν αἰώνιος ἡ πρὸς τὸ ὂν καταφυγή, θάνατος δ’ ὁ ἀπὸ τούτου δρασμός; εἰ δέ τις ἐπιτίθεται, πάντως ἐκ προνοίας ἀδικεῖ, καὶ τὸ σὺν δόλῳ πραττόμενον ἑκουσίως ἔνοχον, ὡς τὸ ἀδόλως ἔμπαλιν οὐδ’ ὑπαίτιον.
