προστάξας οὖν ἀπάγεσθαι τὸν ἀνίερον καὶ κακήγορον τῶν θείων ἀπὸ τῶν ἱερωτάτων καὶ ἐκδίδοσθαι ἐπὶ τιμωρίᾳ φησὶν ἑξῆς· „ὃς τύπτει πατέρα ἢ μητέρα, τελευτάτω“ καὶ ὁμοίως „ὁ κακηγορῶν πατέρα καὶ μητέρα τελευτάτω“ (Exod. 21, 15. 16).
