τοῖς ἄλλοις ἐφεῖται μετὰ τὴν τεσσαρεσκαιδεκάτην ἡλικίαν πόρναις καὶ χαμαιτύπαις καὶ ταῖς ὅσαι μισθαρνοῦσιν ἐπὶ τοῖς σώμασι μετὰ πολλῆς ἀδείας χρῆσθαι, παρ’ ἡμῖν δὲ οὐδ’ ἑταίρᾳ ζῆν ἔξεστιν (Deut. 23, 17), ἀλλὰ κατὰ τῆς ἑταιρούσης ὥρισται δίκη θάνατος. πρὸ δὴ συνόδων νομίμων ὁμιλίαν ἑτέρας γυναικὸς οὐκ ἴσμεν, ἀλλ’ ἁγνοὶ γάμων ἁγναῖς παρθένοις προσερχόμεθα προτεθειμένοι τέλος οὐχ ἡδονὴν ἀλλὰ γνησίων παίδων σποράν.
