αἵ τε βαρεῖαι νόσοι σωμάτων, καὶ μάλισθ’ ὅταν ἐκ δυσκρασίας τῶν ἐν ἡμῖν δυνάμεων πυρετοὶ συνεχεῖς ἐπισκήψωσιν, ἑβδόμῃ μάλιστά πως ἡμέρᾳ διακρίνονται· δικάζει γὰρ ἀγῶνα τὸν περὶ ψυχῆς, τοῖς μὲν σωτηρίαν ψηφιζομένη, τοῖς δὲ θάνατον.
