Ὅπου ποτ’ οὖν ἄρα τὰς ῥίζας καθῆκε καὶ τίς ἐστιν αὐτῷ βάσις, ἐφ’ ἧς ὥσπερ ἀνδριὰς ἐρήρεισται, σκεπτέον. σῶμα μὲν οὖν οὐδὲν ἀπολειφθὲν εἰκὸς ἔξω πλανᾶσθαι πᾶσαν τὴν δι’ ὅλων ὕλην ἐργασαμένου καὶ διακοσμήσαντος θεοῦ·
