εὐεργέται μέντοι τίνες ἂν εἶεν μᾶλλον ἢ παίδων γονεῖς, οἳ καὶ μὴ ὄντας εἰργάσαντο καὶ αὖθις τροφῆς ἠξίωσαν καὶ μετὰ ταῦτα παιδείας τῆς κατά τε σῶμα καὶ ψυχήν, [καὶ] ἵνα μὴ μόνον ζῶσιν, ἀλλὰ καὶ εὖ ζῶσι;
