χαῖρε, κἂν μὴ θέλῃς, χαῖρε, κἂν μὴ γράφῃς, ἄλλοις καλέ, ἐμοὶ δὲ ὑπερήφανε. οὐκ ἦσθα συγκείμενος ἐκ σαρκὸς ʽκαὶ αἵματοσʼ, καὶ τῶν, ὅσα τούτοις κίρναται, ἀλλὰ ἐξ ἀδάμαντος καὶ πέτρας καὶ Στυγός. ταχέως σε θεασαίμην γενειῶντα καὶ παρʼ ἀλλοτρίαις θύραις κείμενον. ναὶ Ἔρως, ναὶ Νέμεσις ὀξεῖς θεοὶ καὶ στρεφόμενοι.
