τοῖϲ δὲ ὑπὸ τῆϲ τρυγόνοϲ θαλαϲϲίαϲ πληγεῖϲι ϲυμβαίνει μὲν 1 προφανῆ εἶναι τὴν τρῶϲιν, ἄλγημα δὲ ϲυνεδρεύει παραχρῆμα ϲύντονον, καὶ ἀπονάρκωϲιϲ | ὅλου τοῦ ϲώματοϲ καὶ ϲῆψιϲ, καὶ θάνατοϲ ϲύντομοϲ. ἱϲτοροῦϲιν δέ τινεϲ ὡϲ εἴ τιϲ τὸ κέντρον τῆϲ τρυγόνοϲ τὸ πλῆξαν ἀφελὼν ἐπὶ δένδρον καταπήξοι, μάλιϲτα μὲν δρύινον, αὐτὸ μὲν τὸ δένδρον ξηρανθήϲεται, ὁ δὲ πάϲχων ἀπαλλαγήϲεται κατὰ τὸν τῆϲ ἀντιπαθείαϲ λόγον.
