1 τὸν περὶ τῶν λυϲϲοδήκτων λόγον προετάξαμεν τῶν ἄλλων, ἐπειδὴ καὶ τὸ ζῷον πολύ τε καὶ ϲύνηθέϲ ἐϲτι καὶ ϲυνεχῶϲ ἁλίϲκεται τῇ λύϲϲῃ καὶ δυϲφύλακτον καθέϲτηκεν, καὶ ὁ ἀπ᾿ αὐτοῦ κίνδυνοϲ χαλεπόϲ, εἰ μὴ πολλοῖϲ χρήϲαιτό τιϲ τοῖϲ βοηθήμαϲιν.
