ἐν γοῦν τῇ Λακεδαίμονι πρὸς τὰ ἔξωθεν ἦν εἰπεῖν· οὐ παῖς Ἀχιλλέως, ἀλλʼ ἐκεῖνος εἴη ἂν αὐτός , οἷον Λυκοῦργος ἐπαίδευσε· τοῖς δʼ ἀληθινοῖς ἄν τις ἐπεφώνησεν αὐτοῦ πάθεσι καὶ πράγμασιν· ἔστιν ἡ πάλαι γυνή.
