Σίσυφος, Αὐτολύκου τὰς βόας αὐτοῦ κλέπτοντος πολλάκις, ταῖς χηλαῖς τῶν βοῶν ἐνέτηξε μόλιβον, ᾧ χαρακτῆρα ἐνήρμοσε γράμματα ἐκτυποῦντα Ἁὐτόλυκος ἔκλεψενʼ. ὁ μὲν δὴ Αὐτόλυκος νύκτωρ ἀπήλασε τὰς βόας, ὁ δὲ Σίσυφος μεθʼ ἡμέραν τοῖς γείτοσι γεωρ- γοῖς ἔδειξε τὰ ἴχνη τῶν βοῶν κατηγοροῦντα τὴν Αὐ- τολύκου κλοπήν.
