Πρὸ τῆς μετωπιαίας. ἀπὸ ἰνίου ἐπὶ ἕτερον ὀφθαλμὸν ἀντικείμενον ἕτερον ἐπάγεται καὶ κατ’ εὐθείας ἐπὶ χαλινὸν ὑπὸ γένειον ἐπὶ τὸν ἕτερον ὀφθαλμὸν καὶ ἐπ’ ἀντικείμενον λοβὸν ἐπὶ ἰνίον καὶ μετωπιαία.
