Ἐπὶ συντετελεσμένῳ τῷ ἀστάχυϊ ἑτέρου τελαμῶνος ἡ μεσότης μὲν ὑπὸ πῆχυν ἐγγώνιον ἐσχηματισμένον. αἱ δ’ ἀρχαὶ ἐπ’ εὐθείας ἐπ’ ἀκρώμιον, κἀκεῖ χιασθεῖσαι λοξῶς ἐπὶ μασχάλην ἀπαθῆ, εἶτ’ ἐγκύκλιαι περὶ πλευρὰς καὶ βραχίονα πεπονθότα μέχρι τοῦ ὅλου σκεπάσωσι, τὰ δὲ πέρατα ἐπὶ μασχάλην ἀπαθῆ.
