Ἁρμόζει καὶ ἐφ’ ὧν ἡ γερανίς. ἐπιτελεῖται δὲ οὕτως· προεπιδήσαντες τὸν στάχυν, μίαν ἀπὸ ἀκρώμίου ἐπινέμησιν ἄγομεν ἐπ’ εὐθείας ἐπὶ πῆχυν ἐγγωνίως ἐσχηματισμένον, κἀκεῖθεν ἐπ’ εὐθείας πάλιν ἐπ’ ἀκρώμιον, ἀπὸ ἀκρωμίου λοξῶς ἐπὶ μασχάλην ἀπαθῆ· εἶτα ἐγκύκλιον περὶ βραχίονα καὶ πλευρὰς ἐπὶ μασχάλης, κἀκεῖ τὸ πέρας ἀσφαλιζόμεθα.
