Ἡ μεσότης κατὰ τοῦ πεπονθότος ὤμου, αἱ δ’ ἀρχαὶ ἐπ’ εὐθείας ἐπὶ πῆχυν πλησίον ἀγκῶνος ὄρθιοι· πάλιν παράλληλοι ταῖς πρώταις κατὰ ἀκρώμιον, ἀπὸ ἀκρωμίου ὑπὸ μασχάλην ἀπαθῆ, εἶτα ἐγκύκλια.
