Ἁρμόζει ἐπὶ τῶν κατ’ ἀμφοτέρους ὤμους ἐχόντων σίνος. ἐπιτελεῖται δ’ οὕτως· ἐπὶ συντετελεσμένῳ τῷ ἁπλῷ στάχυϊ μετὰ τὸ ἐπὶ μασχάλην καταντῆσαι τοῦ ἐπιδεδεμένου βραχίονος ἑξῆς αὐτὴν λοξὴν ἄγομεν ἐφ’ ἑτέρου βραχίονος καὶ ἀκρώμιον, ὡς κατ’ αὐτοῦ χίασμα γενέσθαι· εἶτα μασχάλην ἀντικειμένην, αἱ δ’ ἐπινομαὶ κατὰ τῶν αὐτῶν.
