Προσεπιδήσαντες τῷ χιαστῷ θώρακι ἑξῆς διὰ στενοῦ τελαμῶνος μίαν ἢ καὶ δευτέραν ἐγκύκλιον περιειλεῖτε κατὰ στέρνου καὶ μεταφρένου καὶ τὸ πέρας ἀγκτῆρι καταλαβοῦ.
