Ἡ ἀρχὴ ὑπὸ μασχάλην. τὸ εἴλημα λοξῶς κατὰ μεταφρένου ἐπὶ τράχηλον καὶ ἐπὶ στέρνον, μασχάλην καὶ ἐπὶ ἀντικειμένην μασχάλην καὶ λοξὴ ἐπὶ στέρνον καὶ τράχηλον, ὡς χίασμα κατ’ αὐτοῦ γενέσθαι καὶ λοξὴ κατὰ μεταφρένου ὑπὸ μασχάλην ἐγκύκλιος. αἱ δ’ ἐπινομαὶ κατὰ τῶν αὐτῶν.
