Τέμνων δὲ, μὴ ἐπὶ μεῖζον τέμνειν· κίνδυνος γὰρ, καὶ αὐτῆς τῆς κύστεως τρῶσαί τι, ὃ παντὸς μᾶλλον φυλακτέον. Τὴν δὲ τομὴν, ὡς τὰ ἔμμοτα, ἰᾶσθαι. Αὕτη [μὲν] σαφεστάτη διάγνωσις καὶ Θεραπεία τῶν ἐν κύστει λίθων, καὶ οἵ γε πολλοὶ οὕτω ποιοῦντες ἐπιτυγχάνουσιν.
