59. Ἐὰν ᾖ τρία μεγέθη p. 22, 19] κἂν ᾖ δεδομένα κἂν μή. 60. Καὶ λοιπὸν τὸ ΑΕ p. 24, 11] ἐὰν γὰρ ἀπὸ δεδομένου δεδομένον μέγεθος ἀφαιρεθῇ, τὸ λοιπὸν δεδομένον ἔσται. 61. Ἐὰν δὲ μεῖζον ᾖ τὸ Β∠ τοῦ ΑΓ, θέντες τῷ ΑΓ ἰσον ἀπὸ τοῦ Β∠ καὶ τὰ αὐτὰ ποιήσαντες δείξο- μεν τὸ Γ∠ τοῦ ΑΒ δοθέντι μεῖζον. τοῦτο γὰρ δηλοῖ τὸ ἐν τῇ προτάσει· ἢ τὸ ἕτερον τοῦ ἑτέρου δοθέντι μεῖζόν ἐστιν.
