τετρυπημένην*] ἐπὶ τῶν δικαζομένων δύο ψῆφοι ἐτίθεντο, ἡ μὲν πλήρης, ἡ δὲ τετρυπημένη. ἐδίδοτο δὲ τοῖς μὲν νικῶσιν ἡ πλήρης, τοῖς ἡττωμένοις δὲ ἡ τετρυπημένη, καὶ μάρτυς τούτων Αἰσχίνης ἐν τῷ κατὰ Τιμάρχου [79] τὴν γὰρ τετρυπημένην ἀξιοῖ Τιμάρχῳ δοθῆναι· εἰ γὰρ καὶ πρὸς ῥᾳδιουργίαν ὁ λόγος αὐτῷ ἀπονεύει, ἀλλ’ οὖν πάντως καὶ ὡς ἡττημένῳ Τιμάρχῳ ταύτην δοθῆναι ἀξιοῖ ~ VφΩ
