Κονύζης: κόνυζα εἶδος βοτάνης. καταψυκτικὴ δὲ αὕτη πρὸς συνουσίαν· διὸ καὶ ἐν τοῖς Θεσμοφορίοις ἐστρώννυτο. χαμαιζήλοιο δὲ τῆς χαμαιπετοῦς. δύο δέ εἰσι καὶ αὐτῆς γένη, ἡ μὲν ἀγρία, ἡ δὲ ἥμερος. ἀλλ’ ἡ ἀγρία δριμυτέρα ἐστὶ τῆς ἡμέρου κονύζης.
