ἀμορβεύοντο: ἀντὶ τοῦ διηκονοῦντο, ἐθεραπεύοντο, ἐφέροντο ἐπὶ ὄνῳ διὰ τὸ ὀκνηρὸν αὐτῶν. ἀμορβεύειν γὰρ τὸ ἀκολουθεῖν καὶ ὑπηρετεῖν· Νίκανδρος ἐν ἑτέρῳ βουκαῖοι ζεύγεσσιν ἀμορβεύουσιν ὀρήων· καὶ Καλλίμαχος (hymn. in Dian. 45) οὕνεκ οὐ Λητοίδι πέμπον ἀμορβούς. τὸ δὲ ἑξῆς, τῷ λεπάργῳ τὰ δῶρα δόντες ἠκολούθουν. δῶρα δὲ τὴν νεότητα καὶ λεπάργῳ τῷ ὄνῳ παρὰ τὸ ἔχειν τὴν λαγόνα λευκήν. εἰς τὸ δῶρα προσυπακουστέον τὸ δόντες, ἐπὶ τὸ βαστάσαι δηλονότι.
