ἢ αὐτοῦ σίνταο: καὶ γὰρ περὶ τοῦ ἔχιός φησι. τούτου γὰρ ἡ κεφαλὴ ἑψηθεῖσα μετὰ οἴνου ὠφελεῖ. ἐμπισθὲν δὲ ἤγουν ποτισθέν, ποθέν. ἑλιχρύσοιο: τὸ ἑλίχρυσον ἄνθος ἐστίν, οὗ μέμνηται καὶ Θεόκριτος (1, 30). πολυδευκέος δὲ τοῦ γλυκέος, τοῦ ἡδυτάτου. δεῦκος γὰρ τὸ γλυκὺ παρ’ Αἰτωλοῖς, ὅθεν ἀδευκὴς ὁ πικρός. ἄνθην δὲ θηλυκῶς εἶπε τὸ ἄνθος.
