Ὁ νοῦς οὗτος· ὅπως φησὶ τὰ μὲν ἐμέσῃ, τὰ δὲ πέψη, ἐκλυθεὶς ἐν ἑψητοῖς ὕδασι, τουτέστι λουτροῖς· ὅτε γὰρ ὑγρανεῖ τὸ σῶμα ὁ ἱδρὼς, τουτέστι μετὰ τὸ ἱδρῶσαι αὐτὸν εἰς τὸ προμάλακτον, ἵνα εὐθέως ἐμβαίνῃ εἰς τὴν ἔμβασιν, καὶ χρονίσῃ, μέχρις ὅτου ἐκλυθῇ καὶ διαπέψῃ.
