Ἐὰν δὲ θρομβωθῇ, τουτέστι τυρωθῇ τὸ νεαλὲς γάλα, ἤγουν τὸ νεωστὶ ποθὲν, πνιγμὸς ἐπακολουθεῖ εἰς ἓν ἀθροιζομένου τοῦ πόματος ἤγουν τοῦ γάλακτος.
