Τὴν ἐν οἴνῳ φησὶ τρωγομένην βορὰν, τουτέστι τὴν σταφυλὴν ἐν κυρτίδι θλίψας καὶ οἱονεὶ ἐκπιέσας δίδου αὐτῷ πιεῖν, οἱονεὶ γλεῦκος, ὃ λέγεται ἐν συνηθείᾳ μοῦστον· κυρτὶς κατασκεύασμά τι ἐκ λεπτῶν σχοινίων γεγονὸς, ᾧ καὶ οἱ μυρεψοὶ χρῶνται περὶ τὴν τῶν μύρων ἔκθλιψιν, ὑλιστήριον αὐτὸ καλοῦντες ἢ καὶ ὑλίστριον.
