Ἑψαλέην ἤτοι ἡψημένην, ξηρανθεῖσαν ὑφ’ ἡλίου, καὶ αὐτὴν δὲ τὴν κνίδην ἔψων πότιζε μίσγων ἀλεύρῳ ὀρόβου ἢ καὶ κριθίνῳ ἀλεύρῳ μετ’ ἐλαίου.
