a. εὐθυμάχαν: ἤτοι μὴ ἐπιστρεφόμενον ἐν τῷ πυκτεύειν, ἢ ἐπ᾿ εὐθείας ἐρχόμενον ἐν μάχῃ. b. τὸ δὲ πελώριον οὐκ ἀργῶς, ἀλλ᾿ ἐπεὶ τετράπηχυς ἦν καὶ ε΄ δακτύλων. c. εὐθυμάχαν δὲ τὸν ἐξ εὐθείας ἀγωνιζόμενον.
