ἀλάλαξεν: ὀξὺ ἀνεβόησε. διὰ δὲ τούτου τὸ φιλοπόλεμον τῆς θεοῦ ἐχαρακτήρισεν. ἡ γὰρ ἀλαλαγὴ κυρίως ἐπὶ τῆς τῶν πολεμίων συμβολῆς γίνεται· εἶτ᾿ οὖν λέγεται καὶ ἐπὶ τῶν ἐκβακχευμάτων.
