οὐχὶ δὲ τοῦτο, ἀλλὰ καὶ τὰς ἀρ- ρενικὰς φύσεις θηλυκῶς καλοῦμεν καὶ τὰς θηλυκὰς ἀρρε- νικῶς καὶ τὰς οὐτε ἀρρενικὰς οὐτε θηλυκὰς ἤτοι ἀρρενι- κῶς ἢ θηλυκῶς, οὐχὶ δὲ οὐδετέρως· οἷον κόραξ μέν λέγε- ται ἀετός κώνωψ κάνθαρος σκορπίος μῦς ἀρρενικῶς καὶ ἐπὶ τοῦ θήλεος, καὶ πάλιν χελιδών χελώνη κορώνη ἀκρίς μυγαλῆ ἐμπίς καὶ ἐπὶ τοῦ ἄρρενος τὴν φύσιν θηλυκῶς·
