εἴπερ γὰρ τοῦ ὁμοίου θεωρητικοὶ καθεστήκασιν, ἐπεὶ τῶ εἰς ἀντικνήμιον τύπτεσθαι ἀνάλογόν ἐστι τὸ εἰς τὴν ῥῖνα τύπτεσθαι καὶ τὸ εἰς τὴν γαστέρα, λέγεται δέ τὸ πρῶτον ἀντικνημιά- ζειν, ἀναλόγως καὶ τὸ γαστρίζειν ἢ μυκτηρίζειν 〈...〉· τὸ δέ αὐτὸ καὶ ἐπὶ τοῦ ἱππάζεσθαι καὶ κατακρημνίζεσθαι καὶ ἡλιάζεσθαι ὑποδεικτέον. οὐ λέγομεν δὲ ταῦτα διὰ τὸ παρὰ τὴν κοινὴν εἶναι συνήθειαν· τοίνυν οὐδὲ τὸ λυήσω οὐδὲ τὸ φερήσω καὶ τὰ ἄλλαι πάντα, ἅπερ 〈κατ〉 ἀναλογίαν, ἐστὶν υφειλόμενα λέγεσθαι διὰ τὸ μ κατὰ τὴν συνθειαν λέγε- σθαι.
