Προσθετέον δὲ τούτοις, ὅτι καὶ ταῖς ἐναργείαις μάχονται οἱ ταύτης προεστῶτες τῆς δόξης. εἰ γὰρ ἀξίωμά ἐστι τὸ σημεῖον καὶ ἐν ὑγιεῖ συνημμένῳ καθηγεῖται, ἐχρῆν τούς μηδ’ ἀρχὴν ἔχοντας ἔννοιαν ἀξιώματος μηδὲ τἀς διαλεκτικὰς τέχνας ἐπεληλυθότας ἐκτὸς εἷναι πάσης σημειώσεως.
