Ἔσται δέ, φασί, καὶ οὕτως ἐφοδεύειν· δύο γάρ ἐστιν ἐν τῷ λόγῳ συνημμένα καὶ ‘ὲν διεζευγμένον· τούτων δὲ τὰ μὲν συνημμένα ὑπισχνεῖται τοῖς ἐν αὐτοῖς ἡγουμένοις ἀκολουθεῖν τὰ ἐν αὐτοῖς λήγοντα, τὸ δὲ διεζευγμένον ὲν ἔχει τῶν ἐν αὐτῷ ἀληθές, ὧς ἐὰν ἀμφότερα ᾖ ἀληθῆ ἢ ἀμφότερα ψευδῆ, ψεῦδος ἔσται τὸ ὅλον.
