ποικίλης οὖν πεψωραμένης τῆς ποιήσεως ἀνωφελὴς ἡ γραμματικὴ μὴ δυναμένη ἀποδεῖξαι τίσι πιστευτέον ἐστὶν ὡς ἀλθέσι καὶ τίσιν ἀπιστητέον ὡς μυθικοῖς ψεύσ- μασιν.
