ὥστε οὐχ ἕν ἐστι σημεῖον ἡ γραμμή. καὶ μὴν οὐδέ[τὰ ]πολλὰ σημεῖα στοιχηδὸν κεί- μενα. ταῦτα γὰρ τὰ σημεῖα ἤτοι ψαύοντα ἀλλήλων νοεῖται ἢ οὐ ψαύοντα. καὶ εἰ μέν ϲὐ ψαύοντα ἀλλήλων, μεσο- λαβούμενα τόποις τισὶ διορισθήσεται, καὶ τόποις διορι- ζόμενα οὐκέτι ποιήσει μίαν γραμμήν.
