οὔτε δὲ μένον λευκὸν μεταβάλλει, μένει γὰρ λευκόν, καὶ ἐφ’ ὅσον ἐστὶ λευκόν, οὐ μεταβάλλει· οὔτε μὴ μένον, ἔφθαρται γὰρ καὶ μεταβέβληται, ἀλλ’ οὐ μεταβάλλει. οὐκ ἄρα μεταβάλλει τὸ λευκόν. διὸ καὶ ἡ φαντασία εἰ μεταβολή τίς ἐστι καὶ ἑτεροίωσις τῆς ψυχῆς, ἀνυπόστατός ἐστιν.
