Ἀλλὰ γὰρ τούτων οὕτως ἡμῖν ὡς ἐν τύπῳ καὶ ὁλο- σχερῶς ἐκκειμένων προληπτέον ὡς ἀπʼ αὐτῶν ὁρμηθέντες οἱ Χαλδαῖοι τὰς προαγορεύσεις ποιοῦνται τῶν ἀποτελε- σμάτων. διαφορὰ δὲ ἔστιν αὐτῶν, ἐπεὶ τὰ μὲν ἁπλούστερα καθειστήκει τὰ δὲ ἀκριβέστερα, καὶ ἁπλούστερα μὲν τὰ κατὰ ζῴδιον ἢ ἁπλῆν ἀστέρος δύναμιν γινόμενα, οἷον ὅτι ὅδε ὁ ἀστὴρ ἐν τῷδε τῷ ζῳδίῳ γενόμενος τοιούτους ποιεῖ, ἀκριβέστερα δὲ τὰ κατὰ συνδρομὴν καὶ,
